All the clubs members of Foot XL ® have at their disposal - in addition to the management functions already mentioned - a fantastic recruitment tool as well :

Profile search :

Each club member of the website has access to the whole players' database (CV, tests, statistics ...) and can create detailed searches in order to find a specific profile : age, position, level and others, according to the language and geographic mobility criteria.

The patented Foot XL ® methodology, its universal grid and the reliability of the assessment tests gives the club security of knowing the level of each player, much more than a simple CV can do.

Search management :

Each search can be saved, and executed automatically by the club at anytime.

Possibility to visualize in one glance the players' results in the different domains, and to compare them to the ones of his own players.
     




Lists management :

The profiles selected by the searches can be stored in different lists accessible at any moment : shortlists, players called up for a test or a selection ...

Contacts management :

Sending and receiving of messages to and from all the Foot XL ® contacts of the club (players or other clubs).

Transfers management :

The possibility of letting the other club members of Foot XL ® know the list of players likely to be transferred to another club, and the list of the club's requested profiles. This way the clubs can get in touch with each other in order to satisfy the needs of everyone involved.
